Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive initiatives in NLP and Generative AI (chatbots, copilots, content generation, etc.)

- Oversee LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations

- Define AI architecture and ensure scalable, production-ready solutions

- Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities

- Ensure model performance, governance, and ethical AI practices

- Oversee data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment

- Implement best practices in MLOps and CI/CD for AI systems

- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and GenAI technologies.

Must Have Skills :

- NLP, GenAI, ML, Deep Learning

Good to Have Skills :

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- Exposure to multimodal AI (vision, audio, text)

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes

- Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks

- Experience in real-time AI applications or enterprise AI transformation
