Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, Azure AI, and other AI platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and AI capabilities by crafting effective prompts, evaluating AI outputs, and improving model performance to deliver accurate, reliable, and scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for generative AI applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and data scientists to understand use cases and translate requirements into AI solutions.

- Create prompt templates, prompt libraries, and reusable AI interaction patterns.

- Evaluate AI-generated responses and continuously improve accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

- Perform prompt testing, tuning, and A/B experimentation.

- Develop guardrails, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices for prompt engineering.

- Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Document prompt designs, testing methodologies, and best practices.

- Support AI solution deployment within Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise, and similar platforms.

- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, and prompt engineering techniques.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered applications.

- Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and LLM behavior.

- Experience with OpenAI GPT models, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms.

- Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, and AI integration frameworks.

- Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics and testing methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with RAG architecture and vector databases.

- Experience building AI agents and conversational AI solutions.

- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and security practices.

- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft AI Foundry, or equivalent frameworks.

- Relevant certifications in Azure AI, Generative AI, or Machine Learning.
