Are you an experienced IAM Project Manager with a strong background in driving large-scale identity and access management programs? This is an exciting opportunity to lead global delivery, manage governance, and work with enterprise clients across complex IAM environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience

- Preferred candidates only from Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida

- Strong experience in managing IAM / IGA / Access Management programs

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders

- Excellent project planning, governance, budgeting, and reporting skills

- Strong client-facing communication and executive presentation skills

- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models

- Prior experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or IAM service providers is highly preferred

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs across India and global clients

- Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs

- Manage IAM engineers, architects, business analysts, and vendor partners

- Oversee delivery across IAM, IGA, and Access Management domains

- Maintain governance, risk tracking, financial updates, and executive reporting

- Drive milestone achievement, value realization, and client invoicing

- Build strong relationships with CXO-level and operational stakeholders

- Ensure best practices in project management and delivery excellence

TECHNICAL IAM KNOWLEDGE:

- SSO / MFA: Okta, Ping Identity

- IGA: Saviynt, SailPoint

- PAM: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent
