Project Manager - CyberArk

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced CyberArk PAM Project Manager / Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of privileged access management initiatives, with a focus on OS-level integrations across Linux and Windows environments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in CyberArk and strong project management capabilities to ensure secure onboarding of privileged accounts, adherence to security standards, and seamless collaboration across multiple teams.

Primary Skills :

- Privileged Account Onboarding (Linux root & Windows Administrator)

- Project Management (planning, timelines, risks, dependencies)

- Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of CyberArk OS-level integration projects across enterprise environments.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.

- Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

- Oversee and track the onboarding of privileged accounts, including Linux root and Windows administrator accounts, into the CyberArk platform.

- Ensure all implementations are aligned with security standards, access control policies, and audit/compliance requirements.

- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to ensure project continuity.

- Plan and coordinate testing phases, including integration testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Lead deployment, rollout, and production cutover activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and documentation to stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Ensure a smooth handover to operations (RUN) teams, including preparation of runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.

- Support post-implementation stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions (CorePAS, CPM, PSM, PVWA)

- Should have 8+ years of experience in similar role

- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows OS-level integrations

- Proven experience in privileged account onboarding and access management

- Solid knowledge of security frameworks, audit compliance, and access control policies

- Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery in large-scale environments

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional and dynamic environment
