Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and govern multiple cybersecurity and information security projects and programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project and program management expertise, a good understanding of cybersecurity and risk management, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business functions.

The role will be responsible for ensuring cybersecurity initiatives are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and governance standards while driving effective risk management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple cybersecurity and information security projects and programs.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success criteria.

- Establish project governance frameworks, delivery plans, reporting mechanisms, and review processes.

- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, and executive-level communications.

- Track project KPIs, milestones, budgets, resource utilization, and overall delivery performance.

- Prepare and present project updates, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership and steering committees.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Infrastructure, and business functions.

- Support cybersecurity initiatives related to Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Security, security controls, compliance, and risk management.

- Ensure projects align with relevant security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

- Manage third-party vendors, partners, and service providers involved in cybersecurity initiatives.

- Coordinate audit, compliance, remediation, and security improvement initiatives and ensure timely closure of findings.

- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.

- Manage resource planning, budgeting, capacity, and delivery priorities across multiple initiatives.

- Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution strategies.

- Ensure appropriate project documentation, governance controls, and approvals are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity project management processes, reporting, governance, and delivery practices.

- Support portfolio-level planning and prioritization of cybersecurity initiatives based on business and security objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in project/program management, with significant experience managing cybersecurity or information security initiatives.

- Proven experience managing multiple cybersecurity projects or programs simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including IAM, Data Security, risk management, security controls, and compliance.

- Good knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and security governance principles.

- Strong experience in project governance, portfolio tracking, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.

- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, business, risk, compliance, and executive teams.

- Experience managing vendors, third-party partners, audits, and compliance-related initiatives.

- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, resource management, KPI tracking, and delivery reporting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a complex enterprise environment.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

- Relevant project management or cybersecurity certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent would be an advantage.
