Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business goals.

- Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs.

- Translate business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with stakeholders, customers, business teams, and development teams to gather and refine requirements.

- Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical enablers to maximize business value.

- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Validate delivered functionality and ensure it meets business expectations.

- Make informed decisions on scope, priorities, and release planning.

- Monitor product performance and incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.

- Collaborate with UX, Architecture, Engineering, and QA teams to drive successful product delivery.

- Communicate product updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- 6-10 years of overall IT experience.

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Mandatory.

- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and product management practices.

- Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional Agile teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Technical Skills & Tools:

- Jira

- Azure DevOps (ADO)

- Confluence

- Product Roadmap & Backlog Management Tools

Good to Have:

- Technical background in Software Development, Quality Engineering, System Analysis, or Solution Design.

- Experience in Automotive/Automobile industry projects.

- Exposure to Connected Vehicles, Telematics, Mobility Solutions, Embedded Systems, or Digital Product Development.

- Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework.

- Experience with data-driven product management and Agile metrics.

- Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 6-10 Years of IT Experience
