About the Role :

We're looking for a Product Manager - Voice AI to build the voice-first experience for Oolka. You'll own a key interaction layer of our product, partnering with Product, Engineering, AI, and Design to create intuitive conversational experiences powered by LLMs, speech technologies, and agentic AI.

Responsibilities :

- Own the Voice AI product roadmap.

- Design natural conversational journeys.

- Ship production-grade Voice AI experiences.

- Define requirements across STT, LLM orchestration, and TTS.

- Optimize latency, quality, and user outcomes.

- Design for multilingual and first-time digital users.

- Stay current with Voice AI and agentic AI advancements.

Requirements :

- 2 - 5 years of product management experience with a shipped Voice AI product.

- Deep understanding of STT/TTS pipelines and voice UX challenges.

- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agentic workflows.

- Experience building for vernacular users and emerging markets.

- Strong product thinking and analytical skills.

- Genuine curiosity about AI and fintech.
