Role Overview :

We're looking for a Product Manager - Transactions to own and build the end-to-end payments and transactions experience for India's first AI-powered credit platform. You'll be responsible for creating seamless, reliable, and intuitive money movement experiences - from payments to transaction flows - ensuring every interaction is effortless for our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for transactions and payments.

- Identify user pain points through research, analytics, and customer feedback, and translate them into impactful product solutions.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.

- Define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution from ideation to launch.

- Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and transaction performance to continuously improve the customer experience.

- Optimize transaction success rates, reliability, speed, and user satisfaction.

- Leverage AI-driven capabilities to create intelligent and personalized payment experiences.

- Stay updated on fintech trends, payments ecosystem, and emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities.

Who We're Looking For :

- 3 - 5 years of Product Management experience building and scaling consumer products.

- Strong consumer-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

- A generalist PM who enjoys solving diverse product challenges.

- Problem-first approach - focuses on understanding user problems before designing solutions.

- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Genuine curiosity about AI, fintech, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on payments, transactions, fintech, or consumer internet products.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-growth startups.

- Understanding of payments infrastructure, transaction flows, or financial products is a plus.

- Passion for building AI-native products.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Experience : 3 - 5 years in Product Management.

- Education : Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute (Mandatory).

- MBA : Non-MBA candidates preferred.

- Work Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)
