Role Summary:

The Product Manager is accountable for the current state of the product in terms of required business functionality, performance, cyber security and IT part of Business Continuity Plans (BCP). They drive the solution of problem records, ensure the platform follows the BAT TnT template standards, and define the product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage supported functionalities in terms of scope, quality and performance

- Approve Change Requests and functional deliverables of Solution Designs

- Review Business Requirements Documents and define development priorities

- Ensure adherence to the BAT TnT template and maintain product documentation quality

- Manage vendor deliverables and capacity planning

- Drive short-term product improvements and define long-term product strategy

- Align with BAT architecture and IT strategies

- Provide input to Business Continuity Plans (BCP's) and define IT resources for continuity

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Engineering

- experience in GTnT Platform team roles

- Knowledge of serialization, track & trace regulations (TPD, DTS, CRPT) and data standards (GS1, EPCIS)

- Hands-on experience with SAP modules MM, PP, WM, LE

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, End Markets, Supply Chain, and external vendors

- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and system testing in regulated environments

- Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder communication skills

- Experience in People Management

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
