We're looking for an experienced Product Manager - DMS (Salesforce) to join our IT team in Bangalore and drive the product strategy, delivery and evolution of our Distributor Management System.

Responsibilities :

- Define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for the DMS

- Drive end-to-end implementation and multi-market rollout

- Own product backlog, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, UAT and release management

- Partner with Sales/GT, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and implementation teams

- Drive adoption, continuous improvement and business value

Requirements :

- 8 - 10+ years in Product Management / BRM / DMS / SFA

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration

- Knowledge of Heroku preferred

- Experience in Agile/Scrum and end-to-end project lifecycle management

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- DMS/SFA, secondary sales, schemes & claims experience preferred

- Salesforce certification and SAP/ERP integration experience are a plus
