Role : Product Manager IIT+IIM

Exp : 2 to 4 yrs

Location : Gurgaon

What You'll Do :

- Own features end-to-end from discovery and problem definition through specs, launch, and iteration

- Build and prioritise the product roadmap based on user needs, data, and business impact

- Write clear, well-structured PRDs and specs that engineering and design can run with

- Work day-to-day with engineering and design to ship high-quality product

- Talk to enterprise users and stakeholders to deeply understand their workflows and pain points

- Use data and product analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes

- Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, sales, and leadership

Skill Set :

- Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 2+ years of Product Management experience in a product company (B2B SaaS preferred)

- Mandatory (Skill 1) : Proven experience owning products end-to-end from problem discovery and PRD creation to launch, iteration, and impact measurement

- Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have experience working closely with designers, engineers, testers and other external stakeholders

- Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in GenAI and API integrations able to act as the technical owner for platform implementation, connecting enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources within client environments

- Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have strong UX aptitude and wireframing skills, and be very good at making impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders

- Mandatory (Skill 5) : Must have direct client-interaction experience - understanding customer problems, driving product adoption, and delivering solutions through the product and best practices (not internal-stakeholder work only)
