About the Role :
We're looking for a Product Manager with 4 - 9 years of product management experience for an individual-contributor role within Company's core application and platform products.
You'll own a defined product area, taking customer and internal user needs from discovery through launch and iteration. Your focus may include user-facing application features, shared platform capabilities, integrations, or AI enabled experiences.
You'll work closely with design, engineering, AI, and customer teams to build intuitive, reliable products and deliver measurable outcomes while contributing to the broader product direction.
We focus on incorporating latest AI Native innovation to deliver the best intuitive experience to our customer. As a Product owner, you are expected to have deep understanding of latest AI trends and should be able to leverage them in improving product capabilities in short/long term.
Scope & Level :
Own a key significantly large vertical of the core application or platform within an established product direction. Independently frame problems, run discovery, propose the area roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and drive delivery and iteration with engineering and design. Make product decisions within agreed goals, coordinate dependencies with adjacent teams, and use customer evidence and results to influence related roadmap choices. Align with product leadership on objectives, major trade-offs, and changes in scope.
What You'll Own :
- The roadmap, prioritized backlog, and end-to-end delivery of your assigned application or platform product area.
- Discovery with customers, internal users, and consuming teams to define problems, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
- Product decisions that balance usability, business impact, technical feasibility, reliability, and reuse.
- Clear product requirements for application features, shared services, integrations, or AI-enabled capabilities, depending on your area.
- Success measures, adoption, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement for your features and capabilities.
- Cross-team alignment on dependencies, rollout, and adoption, in partnership with engineering and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Discovery & Design :
Engage customers, internal users, and teams that depend on your product area to understand needs and identify opportunities. Validate problems and solution concepts through interviews, product data, and prototypes. Partner with design and engineering to create intuitive application experiences and useful, reusable platform capabilities.
Product Definition & Delivery :
Translate agreed product goals and validated customer needs into an area roadmap, focused requirements, acceptance criteria, and staged releases. Prioritize your team's backlog with engineering and design, make explicit scope and sequencing trade-offs, and keep stakeholders informed. Coordinate dependencies with AI and platform partners; escalate resourcing or priority conflicts beyond your area to product leadership.
AI Quality, Trust & Explainability :
For AI-enabled features in your area, partner with AI, domain, and engineering specialists to define quality expectations, evaluation scenarios, and release acceptance criteria. Identify failure cases and user risks, and incorporate appropriate safeguards such as source visibility, uncertainty cues, and human review. Use evaluation results and user feedback to prioritize improvements, while partnering with specialists on model architecture, infrastructure, and domain specific judgments.
Application & Platform Capabilities :
Define and improve capabilities within your assigned area. Understand the needs of end users and teams consuming these capabilities, clarify dependencies and interfaces with engineering, and balance immediate requirements with consistency and reuse. Partner with engineering on reliability, scalability, and security requirements without owning technical architecture.
Customer Feedback & Adoption :
Gather feedback from users and customer-facing teams, monitor usage and friction, and help drive onboarding and adoption for your product area. Use evidence from launches to guide follow-up improvements.
Metrics & Iteration :
Define a focused set of success measures appropriate to your product area, such as feature adoption, user satisfaction, time saved, integration usage, service reliability, or AI quality. Partner with engineering and analytics to establish instrumentation, review results after launch, and prioritize the next iteration.
Requirements :
- 4 - 8 years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping application features, platform capabilities, or enterprise software products.
- Experience owning a defined product area or initiative from discovery through launch and iteration; enterprise or B2B experience is a strong plus.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to turn qualitative feedback and product data into clear priorities.
- Ability to work closely with design and engineering, write actionable requirements, and make sound scope and trade-off decisions.
- Interest in AI-enabled products and the judgment to design for quality, transparency, and appropriate human oversight; direct AI product experience is a plus.
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration, including with technical and non-technical partners.
