Role : Product Manager (B2B Rewards, Loyalty & AI)

We are looking for a sharp, technically-minded Product Manager to join a fast-growing global SaaS commerce leader in the rewards and incentives space. If you have hands-on experience building API-driven products, scaling B2B loyalty features, and integrating AI into product workflows, we want to hear from you!

Role : Product Manager

Experience : 2 to 5 Years (with a minimum of 2+ years in Product Management)

Location : Bengaluru (Muneshwara Nagar)

Notice Period : Max 15 Days (Strict immediate joiners preferred)

Work Schedule : 5 Days/Week

What You Will Do :

- Product Roadmap & Strategy : Own a meaningful slice of the roadmap from day one. Define feature priorities using market research, competitor benchmarking, and SWOT assessments.

- API & Technical Collaboration : Partner closely with engineering to design and review API contracts, translate requirements into technical specs, and map out API capabilities.

- AI Feature Delivery : Build AI-powered product features and leverage AI tools in your day-to-day product development workflows.

- Requirements & Lifecycle Management : Drive ambiguous ideas into clear functional, technical, and design specifications. Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, sales, and support.

Must-Have Requirements :

- Domain Expertise : At least 1+ years of explicit experience in the B2B Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives domain working for a B2B product company.

- API Fluency : Hands-on experience defining requirements for API products or collaborating closely on API design and documentation. Comfortable navigating deeply technical architecture conversations.

- AI Features : Proven experience building or integrating AI-powered product features.

- Execution : A track record of writing crisp functional/technical specs and moving features from discovery seamlessly through to deployment and launch.

- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points) :

- Background or exposure to CMS, iPaaS, or enterprise integration products.

- Prior product experience at companies such as Tango Card, Blackhawk Network, Reward Gateway, Awardco, Vantage Circle, GyFTR, Woohoo, Zaggle, or similar spaces.
