Responsibilities:

1. Drive Product Vision & Strategy:

- Define product vision aligned with SDSs mission to boost efficiency and accuracy in healthcare transaction management.

- Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify healthcare workflow automation opportunities.

2. Develop Roadmap & Prioritize:

- Create and maintain a roadmap for AI/automation-based products - e.g., Digital Mailroom, Intelligent Medical Records.

- Prioritize product initiatives based on impact to cost reduction, speed, and customer experience.

3. Lead Design & Development:

- Write detailed requirements and lead agile delivery.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science (ML/AI), UX/design, and QA teams.

4. Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Enablement:

- Partner with sales, marketing, customer success to define messaging, case studies, pilot strategies.

- Enable field teams via demos, training materials, and competitive positioning.

5. Measure Outcomes & Drive Value:

- Define success metrics (e.g., 50% faster claims processing, reduced manual effort).

- Analyze usage trends, support feedback, and refine product features iteratively.

6. Ensure Interoperability & Scale:

- Oversee integrations and data exchanges with healthcare partners and clearinghouses.

- Ensure CAQH CORE compliance, robust APIs, and workflow connectivity.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 8+ years in product management for enterprise B2B SaaS; preference for healthcare processes, automation, data workflows.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, document/image data capture, EDI, interoperability standards, clearinghouse models.

- Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative skills to define and monitor KPIs like cost savings, turnaround time, error reduction.

- Communication & Leadership: Effective at stakeholder alignment, influencing through data-driven narratives.

- Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Understanding claims lifecycle, prior auth, provider enrollment, medical record workflows, regulatory/compliance landscape.

- Education: Bachelors degree in tech/business; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Background:

- Experience launching AI-native automation solutions within healthcare Payors, TPAs, or Providers.

- Knowledge of integration with systems like EHR platforms, CAQH, HIPAA standards.

- Proven track record scaling products in enterprise settings using agile or integrated delivery models.
