Were looking for a Product Manager to join the Product Team at Impacteers. In this role, youll own product discovery, requirement definition, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, feature execution, and product outcomes across key product areas.

Youll work closely with engineering, design, QA, data, business, customer success, and leadership teams to define what should be built, why it matters, how it should work, and how success should be measured. This role is ideal for someone with strong product thinking, structured problem-solving ability, user empathy, execution discipline, and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements.

You will play a key role in building AI-powered career, hiring, and workforce products that are useful, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Role Overview :

As a Product Manager, you will :

- Own product discovery, requirement gathering, solution framing, and execution for assigned product areas

- Translate business problems, user needs, and stakeholder inputs into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product flows

- Work closely with design to create intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and product experiences

- Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, testable, and delivered as intended

- Prioritize product features based on business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and urgency

- Define product success metrics and track adoption, usage, conversion, retention, quality, and operational outcomes

- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, and product analysis where required

- Manage the product backlog, sprint priorities, release scope, and delivery timelines

- Identify edge cases, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs before development begins

- Support release planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-release feedback loops

- Work with AI-enabled product features including scoring, recommendations, automation, conversational flows, analysis engines, and decision-support systems

- Communicate product decisions clearly to leadership, engineering, design, QA, and business teams

- Drive continuous product improvement through data, feedback, experimentation, and structured retrospectives

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field

- 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or product strategy roles

- Prior experience owning product requirements, product execution, or feature delivery for digital products

- Strong ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product flows, and functional specifications

- Strong understanding of user journeys, UX flows, product logic, and edge-case handling

- Experience working closely with engineering, design, QA, business, and leadership teams

- Ability to prioritize features and trade-offs based on user value, business impact, effort, and risk

- Familiarity with Agile product development, sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and UAT

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to define metrics, interpret product data, and measure success

- Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion, Confluence, Mixpanel, GA, Metabase, or similar

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a practical problem-solving mindset

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and changing priorities

- Understanding of how AI-enabled products influence product requirements, user trust, edge cases, and quality expectations

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building SaaS platforms, CRM systems, hiring platforms, workflow products, assessment products, marketplace products, or AI-enabled products

- Experience working on B2B or B2B2C products with multiple user roles and permissions

- Experience with dashboards, analytics, scoring systems, automation workflows, or recommendation engines

- Experience conducting competitor research, user research, usability testing, or customer interviews

- Strong product sense and ability to identify usability gaps, business logic gaps, and workflow inefficiencies

- Experience with product analytics, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, or feature adoption tracking

- Experience working with AI/ML features such as scoring, summarization, recommendations, chatbots, or decision-support tools

- Familiarity with API-based products, integrations, data models, CRM workflows, or internal tools

- Experience creating product documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Interest in emerging trends in AI products, hiring technology, workforce intelligence, and product-led growth
