We're looking for a Product Manager - Observability who can bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful observability solutions.

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

As a Product Manager, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products that empower engineering and operations teams with actionable insights through logs, metrics, traces, and telemetry data. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape products that directly improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Scope Of Work :

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for observability solutions.

- Partner with Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Platform, and Business teams to identify opportunities and drive innovation.

- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

- Lead MVP discovery, experimentation, and validation to accelerate product-market fit.

- Drive data-informed decision-making using product metrics, user feedback, and operational insights.

- Own sprint planning, prioritization, and execution to ensure successful product delivery.

- Champion user-centric product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Measure product success through KPIs, adoption metrics, reliability improvements, and customer outcomes.

Required Skills :

- 4- 6 years of Product Management experience.

- Strong understanding of Observability concepts : Logs / Metrics / Traces / Telemetry.

- Experience working with : Distributed Systems, APIs, Backend Platforms, Cloud-Native Architectures.

- Exposure to DevOps, SRE, and CI/CD environments.

- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience solving complex problems using data-driven approaches.

- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Hands-on understanding of modern observability platforms such as : New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics (VM), OpenTelemetry.
