Hiring : Product Manager / Senior Product Manager - Merchant Platform Optimization

Location : Mumbai

We are hiring a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager for a leading Payments Bank to drive Merchant Platform Optimization and enhance the overall merchant experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Benchmark merchant platform features against industry competitors.

- Design seamless user journeys to improve merchant adoption.

- Manage UATs for new product launches and feature enhancements.

- Coordinate with Zonal SPOCs and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

- Monitor merchant platform performance and drive continuous improvements.

- Work closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.

Preferred Background :

- Product Management experience in Payments, Banking, FinTech, Merchant Acquiring, UPI, QR Payments, POS, or Merchant Solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in product enhancement, UAT, and merchant platform optimization.
