Job Title: Product Manager Marketing Content Platform

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of Lexi, a global copywriting and content platform used by marketing teams. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful product experiences.

What You'll Do:

- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog.

- Translate business needs into user stories and clear product requirements.

- Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Drive product adoption using data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

- Work in an Agile environment to continuously improve the platform.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong Product Management experience.

- Strong experience with UI/UX and customer-centric product design.

- Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and modern web technologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.

- Exposure to SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus.

- Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) or Content Platforms is preferred.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.

- Knowledge of Design Thinking principles.

- Experience building enterprise or internal platforms.
