Product Manager - Lending/FinTech Domain

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Manager to build AI-driven lending products for Indian consumers. The role involves owning lending journeys endtoto, from understanding user intent through underwriting and disbursal, along with building and managing lender integrations that power these journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and build endtoend lending journeys from user intent to disbursal.

- Drive product development for an AIpowered, agentic credit solution.

- Work closely with Tech, Product, and Design teams to build AIintegrated experiences.

- Build and manage integrations with lenders and lending partners.

- Translate user problems and business requirements into scalable product solutions.

- Collaborate with lender/partner teams on API integrations and implementation.

- Drive product launches and continuously improve lending journeys based on user needs and insights.

- Explore and apply AI capabilities to improve lending experiences and workflows.

Requirements :

- 3 to 5 years of product management experience.

- Handson experience building lending journeys and lender integrations.

- Must have shipped at least one lending product endtoend, covering origination, underwriting handoffs, and disbursal.

- Strong experience working directly with lender/partner APIs.

- Problemfirst mindset with a focus on solving user needs rather than simply building integrations.

- Genuine curiosity and interest in AI and emerging technologies.

- Strong ownership, execution, and learning mindset. Tier 1 college Mandatory. NonMBA candidates preferred.
