Our Client is looking for a Product Manager II. This influential role sits at the intersection of supporting program managers, grid operators, and our internal admin teams, to drive maximum impact on grid flexibility.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- As our Product Manager II, you will be a key member of the Product Management team and directly impact development efforts, customer experience, and market success.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to support 1-2 development pods (team) executing in an Agile Scrum environment, writing high-quality User Stories, running refinement sessions, and supporting sprint planning aligned to product strategy.
- Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clearly prioritized, with well-defined scope for upcoming sprints and near-term roadmap objectives.
- Be the voice of the customer for your assigned product area, ensuring customer needs and business goals are reflected in development priorities.

- Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team (including Product Design, Consumer Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Reporting, and Implementation) to ensure product goals, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
- Own the pod teams backlog : Work with internal and external stakeholders to triage, refine, and prioritize work.
- Decompose epics into stories, clearly define acceptance criteria, and ensure stories meet expectations upon delivery.
What you bring to the Company :
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering successful products in a SaaS, consumer, or enterprise software environment.
- Strong background and in-depth understanding of reusable components based front-end architecture, and widget-based product design.
- Strong usability mindset with the ability to define intuitive user experiences and collaborate effectively with Product Design on UX improvements.
- Experience driving widgetization or modularization strategies to enable scalable, configurable product capabilities.
- Understanding of functional workflows and key technical aspects of frontend systems to effectively partner with engineering teams.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts including APIs, system integrations, and basic database queries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to clearly express complex ideas.
- Experience working within Agile Scrum development processes.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar backlog management tools.
Qualifications :
- Technical and/or management education, PG preferable, not mandatory
