Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the institutional investment data platform.

- Gather and translate client data engineering and analytical requirements into product features.

- Lead end-to-end product development from requirements through delivery and launch.

- Partner with Product Engineers and Data Engineers on performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Manage the complete product lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Track industry trends in data engineering, lakehouse technologies, and investment management platforms.

- Communicate product progress, priorities, and updates to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms, data engineering, or analytics products.

- Strong understanding of SQL, Python, data workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data engineering concepts.

- Experience managing data-centric products involving both internal engineering teams and external clients.

- Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- MBA is an added advantage.
