Role :

Own the design, deployment, and scaling of AI Voice Agents for enterprise clients, working closely with senior business leaders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end deployment of AI Voice Agents.

- Design workflows, write/test prompts, and optimize AI agents.

- Understand client requirements and customize AI solutions.

- Work with VP/C-level stakeholders on AI strategy and adoption.

- Drive client adoption, expansion, and business impact.

- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to improve AI solutions.

Key Requirements :

- 4 - 6 years in AI Implementation, Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Solutions Engineering.

- Strong understanding of AI Agents, prompt writing, and AI product development.

- Experience with SQL, GA4, Firebase, or Clevertap.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Engineering/Computer Science background preferred.
