Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-impact Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of next-generation AI Agents in our Noida office. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy and cutting-edge machine learning, translating complex business requirements into autonomous AI solutions that drive user engagement and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and key business stakeholders to define the roadmap for AI-driven features. Your work will directly influence how our customers interact with our platform, ensuring that our AI agents provide seamless, intelligent, and value-driven experiences that move the needle on core business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for AI agents to ensure alignment with company-wide growth objectives and user needs.

- Architect sophisticated prompt engineering frameworks to optimize the performance, accuracy, and tone of AI-driven interactions.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the technical implementation of AI models, ensuring scalability and robust system integration.

- Analyze user behavior and interaction data using advanced analytics tools to iterate on agent capabilities and improve conversion rates.

- Partner with solutions engineering teams to customize AI agent deployments for specific client use cases, driving higher adoption and satisfaction.

- Monitor and report on product performance metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights that inform future development cycles.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in product management with a proven track record of shipping AI-driven features or autonomous agent solutions.

- Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques and a deep understanding of the AI implementation lifecycle, from concept to production.

- Strong technical fluency in SQL for data extraction and the ability to leverage analytics platforms like GA4, Firebase, and CleverTap to derive meaningful product insights.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements for diverse stakeholders.

- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Noida.

- An educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, complemented by 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in product-led organizations.
