Product Manager (2 - 4 Years)

Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)

About the Role :

We're looking for a Product Manager to help build AI-powered enterprise software that simplifies procurement and business workflows. You'll work closely with engineering, design, customers, and leadership to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver products that solve real customer problems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, has strong product intuition, and can balance customer needs with business goals.

What You'll Do :

- Own product features from discovery to launch.

- Conduct customer interviews to understand pain points and validate solutions.

- Define product requirements, write detailed PRDs, and maintain the product roadmap.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

- Analyze product metrics and user behavior to drive product decisions.

- Work closely with customers to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.

- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful adoption.

What We're Looking For :

- 2 - 4 years of Product Management experience.

- Experience building B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.

- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, and execution.

- Experience writing PRDs and user stories.

- Ability to work closely with engineering and design teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AI/LLM-powered products.

- Experience working on workflow automation, procurement, HRTech, FinTech, or enterprise platforms.

- Familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar analytics tools.

- Technical background or prior software engineering experience is a plus.

Nice to Have :

- Experience shipping AI-powered features.

- Experience with APIs and integrations.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
