We are seeking a Product Manager with 2-4 years of experience to drive product strategy, execution, and delivery. The candidate will work closely with engineering, design, business, and stakeholders to build scalable products that solve customer problems and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.

- Gather requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research.

- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and business teams for delivery.

- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

- Monitor KPIs, product performance, and customer feedback.

- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.

- Ensure timely product releases with quality and compliance.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools.

- Ability to translate business needs into product requirements.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

- Experience in SaaS / HRMS / B2B products preferred.

- Exposure to API integrations and workflow-driven platforms is a plus.
