Reports To: Founder / CTO

Direct Reports: 23 Product Team Members with responsibility for future team expansion

Nature of Work: Full-time, On-site Product Leadership Role focused on Product Strategy, Roadmap Ownership, Customer Experience, Platform Growth, and Business Performance

Position Overview:

This role will own the product roadmap and execution across customer acquisition, engagement, booking journeys, partner experiences, retention, and platform performance. You will translate business priorities into scalable product initiatives while balancing customer needs, operational realities, and commercial objectives.

The mandate extends beyond feature delivery. You will establish product management frameworks, drive data-informed decision-making, build cross-functional alignment, and help create a product organisation capable of supporting rapid business growth and geographic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.

- Drive product discovery, prioritisation, and end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives.

- Improve customer journeys, conversion funnels, engagement, and retention metrics.

- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.

- Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to guide decisions.

- Establish product management processes, governance, and prioritisation frameworks.

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Product team.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience: 58 years of Product Management experience within startup or high-growth environments.

Special: Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles for digital platforms, mobile products, marketplaces, service aggregation, hyperlocal, or consumer technology businesses is highly desirable.
