Job Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused product manager to lead AI and IT solution initiatives in close collaboration with executive leadership, including the CEO, CXOs, and CTO. This role will be responsible for defining product vision, aligning business goals with technology strategy, and driving the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/GenAI products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of product thinking, technical understanding of AI ecosystems (agentic AI, RAG, and LLMs), and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner directly with the CEO, CXOs, and CTO to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

- Drive development of AI/GenAI products leveraging the following :

1. LLM platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or similar)

2. LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI frameworks

3. RAG pipelines and vector database integrations

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and delivery teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure successful execution.

- Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to support solutioning, demos, and client proposals.

- Define product KPIs and success metrics and track performance post-launch.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis and identify opportunities for innovation.

- Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

- Ensure alignment between stakeholders, managing expectations across executive leadership and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 15+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, enterprise technology, or digital platforms.

- Proven experience working closely with executive leadership (CEO/CXO/CTO level stakeholders).

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native product development.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly narratives.

- Experience managing products in onshore-offshore delivery models.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience building or managing AI/GenAI-based products or platforms.

- Familiarity with tools/frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.

- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, deployment pipelines, and product analytics tools.

- Experience in consulting or IT services environments.

- MBA or equivalent business/technical qualification preferred.
