KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Define and own the AI product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

- Translate complex user needs and business problems into clear, actionable product requirements.

- Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI features.

- Work closely with AI engineers and architects to understand technical constraints and opportunities.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform product decisions.

- Define success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for AI features and track performance post-launch.

- Prioritize backlog using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and impact-effort matrices.

- Run sprint ceremonies : planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.

- Collaborate with design team to shape intuitive UX for AI-driven interactions.

- Act as the voice of the customer and bridge between technical and business teams.

KEY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in an AI/ML or SaaS product company.

- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and AI product design patterns.

- Experience writing PRDs and user stories for AI features (chatbots, recommendations, automation).

- Proficiency with product management tools : Jira, Linear, Productboard, Notion, Confluence.

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in product analytics : Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to conduct and synthesize user research into product insights.

- Basic technical literacy : APIs, databases, AI model concepts (no coding required).

- Experience with A/B testing and feature flagging tools (LaunchDarkly, Split.io).

NICE TO HAVE :

- Prior experience as a software engineer or data scientist transitioning into PM.

- Experience with AI product ethics, fairness, and responsible AI frameworks.

- Exposure to enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or AI platform products.

- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.
