Product Manager

Description :

Experience : 3 to 5 Yrs

Educational Qualification : Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities :

- Drive the strategic vision for the product, aligning with business goals.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and define features and enhancements.

End-to-End Product Development :

- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that capture the functional and technical aspects of the product.

- Lead product sprints and work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and business) to ensure timely delivery of features.

- Define and manage project timelines, feature prioritization, and deadlines to ensure smooth product execution.

AI Integration and Optimization :

- Leverage AI tools for product development, process automation, and team productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

- Think about how to incorporate AI into both product features and internal processes, enhancing team efficiency.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in the AI space, to bring new AI tools or techniques to improve the product lifecycle.

Research, Analysis, and Testing :

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research using tools like Perplexity and You.com.

- Use data analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to measure user behavior and product performance.

- Define and measure KPIs, drive A/B testing, funnel analysis, and other forms of data-driven decision-making.

Product Launch and Optimization :

- Ensure smooth launches of new features/products, monitor product performance, and iterate based on user feedback.

- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless user experience and resolve issues quickly.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with designers to ensure the user experience is intuitive and aligned with the product vision.

- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of product features.

- Engage with the business and sales teams to ensure product alignment with company strategy and customer needs.

Skills required :

- Product Management Expertise : Strong experience in writing PRDs, managing product roadmaps, and leading product sprints to ensure timely delivery of features.

- AI Tools Proficiency : Hands-on experience with AI tools for writing (ChatGPT, Claude), research (Perplexity, You.com), design (Figma AI), and automation (Zapier, Make).

- Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to analyze data using tools like GA4, conduct A/B testing, and perform funnel analysis to drive product improvements.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Skilled in working with engineering, design, business teams, and stakeholders to align on product goals and deliver results.

- User-Centric Focus : Expertise in gathering user feedback, ensuring the product meets real user needs, and optimizing user experience based on insights.

- Fast-Paced Execution : Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and manage multiple product priorities with minimal supervision.

- AI Integration & Process Innovation : Proactive in incorporating AI-driven features and automation to improve both the product and internal team workflows.
