Job Title : Hiring: Senior Product Manager for a product based company

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Understanding :

i. Represent customer needs using data, research, and insights

ii. Translate customer pain points into clear problem statements

iii. Continuously validate assumptions through feedback and analytics

- Product Strategy & Roadmap :

i. Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals

ii. Prioritize roadmap based on customer value and market insights

iii. Drive long-term product advantage through strategic decisions

- Execution & Delivery :

i. Collaborate with engineering & design for product delivery

ii. Manage and prioritize product backlog

iii. Ensure scalable and high-quality product releases

- Metrics & Performance :

i. Define success metrics (adoption, customer value, business impact)

ii. Use data and experimentation to validate product decisions

iii. Track product performance and optimize accordingly

- Product Discovery :

i. Lead discovery through research, prototypes, and experiments

ii. Ensure the team solves the right problems before execution

- Stakeholder Management :

i. Align with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

ii. Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly

Required Skills :

- Strong product thinking & problem-solving ability

- Experience with Agile methodologies

- Ability to interpret product analytics and experiments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Understanding of system architecture & APIs

Good to Have :

- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Figma

- Experience in enterprise/workflow-based applications

- Exposure to multinational or distributed teams

- Basic financial/business case understanding

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

- 10+ years in software industry

- 2+ years in Product Management

- Experience working in Agile teams
