Product Lifecycle Management Lead - Agile Methodologies

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Lead to drive end-to-end PLM strategy, implementation, and optimization across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLM platforms, product data management, and cross-functional collaboration to streamline product development and lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, customization, and support of PLM solutions across product lifecycle stages

- Define and manage product data structures, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and workflows

- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle processes

- Drive digital transformation initiatives related to product development and lifecycle management

- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance within PLM systems

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical PLM solutions

- Manage change requests, system enhancements, and upgrades

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

- Integrate PLM systems with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems

- Monitor system performance and implement process improvements and automation

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

- Strong hands-on experience with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Syst- mes ENOVIA, Oracle Agile PLM

- Expertise in BOM management, change management, and product data governance

- Experience in PLM integrations with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle from concept to end-of-life

- Knowledge of CAD integrations such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA

- Experience in workflow configuration and customization

- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data migration strategies

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in cloud-based PLM solutions

- Exposure to Agile or DevOps methodologies

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations

- Certification in any PLM platform
