Product Leader

India's first AI-enabled poverty graduation platform - helping ultra-poor rural families build sustainable micro-enterprises and grow their income within a structured 300-day journey. We are looking for a Product Leader to lead our next generation of AI products for two users: rural beneficiaries and field operations teams. This is a rare opportunity to build AI for a user most technology companies have never designed for - a rural micro-entrepreneur trying to grow a small business.

What You Will Build:

You will own AI-first products. The goal is simple: make livelihood support more personalised, scalable, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision and roadmap

- Translate the 300-day livelihood journey into simple product workflows

- Build voice-first, local-language products for low-literacy rural users

- Work with engineering, AI, data, content, and program teams to ship fast

- Use field data to create personalised nudges, alerts, and recommendations

- Run pilots with beneficiaries and field teams, learn quickly, and iterate

- Build dashboards and tools that reduce manual work and improve execution quality

- Own adoption, usage, and real-world outcomes - not just product launches

What We Are Looking For:

- 7 - 12 years of product experience

- Strong experience in AI, SaaS, EdTech, fintech, consumer, or ops-heavy products

- Zero-to-one product building experience

- Strong product taste and ability to simplify complex workflows

- Comfort working with engineers, designers, data teams, and field/program teams

- Deep user empathy, especially for low-income or vernacular users

- Bias for execution, pilots, and field learning

- Founder / startup / top-tier product company / consulting-to-product background preferred
