Role & Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more products/features aligned with business objectives.
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities through user research, data analysis, competitive analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and priorities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver products from concept to launch.
- Define product success metrics and use data and experimentation to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.
- Lead product launches, including planning, stakeholder alignment, go-to-market coordination, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Identify product gaps and opportunities for growth, monetization, retention, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong product processes, documentation, and ways of working across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support Product Managers/Associate Product Managers where applicable.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and customer expectations to identify new opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, with meaningful experience owning products or major product areas end-to-end.
- Proven track record of taking products/features from problem discovery through execution, launch, and iteration.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and product analytics.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile/product-led environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions using data as well as qualitative customer insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product vision, trade-offs, and business impact.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs and product success metrics.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong customer orientation and a demonstrated ability to translate customer problems into simple, scalable product solutions.
Tech Stack & Tools:
- Experience with product analytics and collaboration tools such as Mixpanel/Amplitude, GA4, SQL, Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent tools is desirable.
Education:
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred; an MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
