Role Overview :


We are looking for a Product Implementation Manager who combines strong delivery leadership with a client-first mindset. This role is for someone who can engage credibly with senior internal stakeholders and client leaders, establish trust quickly, and drive execution with clarity and ownership.


You will own end-to-end product implementation across a portfolio of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) clients on an AR workflow and automation platform. You will partner with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to deliver deployments that drive measurable efficiency gains, accelerate cash collections, and reduce rework.

You must bring executive presence, data-backed storytelling, and strong scope and expectation managementaligning priorities through clear trade-offs and ensuring decisions remain in the best interest of the product, the client, and the business.


Key Responsibilities :


Strategic Client Implementation :


- Own the implementation roadmap for assigned clients, integrating RCM workflows (claims, denials, appeals, AR follow-up), client requirements, and automation capabilities.


- Lead requirements gathering, solution customization, UAT sign-off, training, and adoption to maximize client value and time-to-go-live.


- Drive scope governance with disciplinemanage scope changes through clear rationale, documented trade-offs, and agreed next steps, offering alternatives and a path forward while protecting delivery timelines.


Executive Stakeholder Management :


- Engage confidently with SVPs, VPs, Directors, and client executives - present implementation status, escalate blockers, and influence roadmap decisions with data and business impact framing.


- Prepare and deliver executive-ready one-pagers, status decks, and business cases tailored to senior stakeholder audiences, with clear decisions, risks, and business impact.


- Act as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the product externally -bridging the gap between what the client wants and what the product can (and should) deliver.


Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:


- Partner in a "two-in-a-box" model with Engineering Implementation Leaders to ensure seamless deployments and RPA integrations.


- Collaborate with Product (core/roadmap), Engineering, QA, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver high-quality implementations without redundant efforts.


- Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives) in Azure DevOps for implementation workstreams, ensuring backlog hygiene, clear acceptance criteria (Gherkin format preferred), and on-time delivery.


- Coordinate across multiple concurrent client implementations, prioritizing effectively to deliver predictable outcomes and on-time milestones.


Scope & Expectation Management:


- Lead strategic trade-offs with empathy and claritywhen a request impacts the broader vision, timelines, or product integrity, you align stakeholders on the right priority and the rationale behind it.


- Communicate decisions and constraints clearly and respectfully, outlining rationale, options, and trade-off protecting team capacity and product outcomes while maintaining strong relationships.


- Set expectations early and proactivelyensure stakeholders understand constraints, timelines, and decision criteria well before delivery commitments are at risk.


Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement:


- Monitor implementation KPIs (go-live timelines, UAT closure rates, defect density, client satisfaction), identify risks early, and refine processes for scalable delivery.


- Identify opportunities for automation and standardization across client implementations eliminate duplication, build reusable playbooks, and drive FTE savings.


- Champion data-driven decision-making in every implementation review and escalation.

Qualifications :


Must-Have :


- 6 to 10 years in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, with 3+ years leading product implementations or client deployments in AR/denials/claims workflows.


- Proven experience engaging with senior leadership (Director+ level) presenting, influencing, and negotiating with stakeholders well above your reporting level.


- Strong working knowledge of AR workflows : claim follow-up, denial management, appeals, payer portals, electronic status checks (eCS), IVR/phone outreach, and billing systems.


- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps (backlog management, sprint planning, user story writing with clear acceptance criteria).


- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills written and verbal with the ability to tailor messaging for a developer, a business user, or a C-suite executive.


- Demonstrated ability to manage scope and priorities constructively, navigate competing requests, and drive positive ROI on implementation efforts.


Good-to-Have :


- Experience with RPA/automation in RCM workflows (UiPath or similar platforms).


- Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), clearinghouses, and payer integrations.


- Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation intelligent follow-up, denial prediction, autonomous calling, or similar use cases.


- Experience with Aha!, Freshdesk, Power BI, or similar product/analytics tools.


- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution is a plus.
