About the Role :

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-driven Director of Product to lead the vision, strategy, development, and scaling of technology products that transform the real estate ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of real estate, construction, infrastructure, or proptech.

This individual will play a critical role in defining product strategy, driving innovation, managing cross-functional teams, and building scalable products from concept to market leadership.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have built products from 0 to 1 scaled businesses through growth stages, and demonstrated strong ownership in fast-paced startup environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

- Define and own the long-term product vision aligned with business objectives.

- Build and execute product roadmaps that drive growth, customer adoption, and revenue impact.

- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer pain points within the real estate and construction ecosystem.

- Translate business goals into product initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Product Development & Execution :

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation, validation, development, launch, and scaling.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.

- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and resource availability.

- Drive agile product development processes and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Customer & Market Understanding :

- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities.

- Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, operational challenges, and industry-specific requirements.

- Leverage user insights and analytics to continuously improve product experience.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product organization.

- Influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations and strategic thinking.

- Establish strong collaboration across business, technology, and operational teams.

- Create a culture of ownership, innovation, and customer obsession.

Product Growth & Scale :

- Define and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, retention, engagement, and business outcomes.

- Drive product-led growth initiatives and optimize customer journeys.

- Lead product expansion into new markets, segments, and use cases.

- Ensure products are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned with company growth objectives.

Educational Qualifications : B. Tech/B. E

Skills Required :

- Product Management , Wireframing , Product Lifecycle Management , Roadmaping
