Work Experience :

We are looking for a lead full stack developer to join our team at Phenom. In this position, you will work for product development. We are expecting the following points to fulfill this role :

- Algorithms

- Data Structures

- Master Coder (Efficient Programming)

- Design one or more business critical Components/Services independently that are scalable, secure, and have test coverage, including E2E aspects of compatibility with Devops and logging

- Operational excellence - CSM, implementation, Support, and Customers needs are taken care of (tools)

- Innovate and easify

- Help the team in reducing on-call volume, RCA and improvements

- E2E Design, large scale distributed system running in Production

- Demonstrate Product Thinking

- Cross team management

- Mentor and promote 2 or more PDE 1 to PDE II (Promotions to be approved by a panel)

- Operations - invent new processes for CSM, Support and Customers for reducing the operational burden (example ability to search user activity in products to help them debug real time)

- Build knowledge base

- Cost Optimization

Responsibilities :

- Experience in software development, product development organization experience preferred.

- Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design and architecture.

- Be able to work independently on a project-by-project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

- Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of Software Development experience in Java/J2EE, JSON, REST, SOAP, Mongo DB, Spring, Design Patterns.

- Strong experience in JavaScript & AngularJS.

- Hands-on coding experience mandatory.

- Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
