Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Product Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI, Microsoft Power Platform, and Databricks. The role involves building enterprise applications, AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, and data integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications and automation solutions using Python, Databricks, and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Build web applications and enterprise solutions, including Databricks Apps.

- Develop robust Python applications with complex business logic, error handling, logging, and maintainable architecture.

- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation techniques.

- Develop enterprise AI applications including chatbots, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications.

- Work with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, or similar enterprise AI platforms.

- Design and implement integrations between applications and enterprise systems using RESTful APIs.

- Build business applications and workflow automation using Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Develop automated approval, workflow, and business process solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Work with SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures, views, and data-processing logic.

- Develop and maintain scheduled ETL/ELT and data integration pipelines using SSIS or similar tools.

- Collaborate with business, product, data, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues and ensure production reliability.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of experience in enterprise application development and automation.

- Strong hands-on Python development experience.

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation.

- Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI Service or equivalent enterprise LLM platforms.

- Hands-on experience developing chatbots, agents, or LLM-based applications.

- Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Experience with Databricks / Databricks Apps.

- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills.

- Experience with SSIS or comparable ETL/ELT technologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
