Product Associate - Messaging & Collaboration - 7+ Years - Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced professional with expertise in messaging and collaboration tools? We are on the lookout for a dedicated Product Associate to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru! This hybrid role is ideal for individuals who leverage technology and analytics practices to solve complex business problems while contributing to the continuous innovation of collaboration systems.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of collaboration tools, including email systems, instant messaging platforms, and online meeting solutions.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and recommend upgrades or new integrations to improve communication workflow across the organization.

- Ensure the security and performance of all messaging tools and systems, staying ahead of trends in cybersecurity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and innovate solutions that enhance user experience and productivity.

- Provide regular training, governance, and support for team members to ensure optimal use of communication tools.

Requirements :

- A strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- At least 7 years of experience working in the messaging and collaboration domain, preferably within the Technology and Analytics practice.

- Expertise in Microsoft 365, G Suite, Slack, Teams, or similar collaboration platforms.

- A proven record of managing large-scale messaging and collaboration system deployments with an emphasis on scalability and security.

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
