Impact Analytics is building next-generation AI-native SaaS products used by global enterprises across retail, supply chain, forecasting, and decision intelligence. We are looking for a seasoned Product Architect to drive the architecture strategy for highly scalable, cloud-native platforms that handle massive volumes of data and transactions.

Responsibilities :

- Define and drive architecture for large-scale distributed systems.

- Design highly available, low-latency, event-driven microservices.

- Lead technical decisions across cloud infrastructure, backend platforms, data systems, and platform engineering.

- Architect systems around messaging, caching, distributed queues, and high-throughput processing.

- Drive engineering excellence, scalability, observability, resiliency, and security best practices.

- Partner with engineering leaders to shape long-term technology strategy.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead architecture modernization initiatives.

Requirements :

- 12+ years of software engineering experience.

- 4+ years in Architect, Principal Engineer, or Staff Engineer roles.

- Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, Golang, Rust, or similar backend technologies.

- Deep understanding of event-driven architecture, REST APIs, message brokers, caching, concurrency, and system design.

- Experience building products at scale, serving millions of users or processing large data volumes.

- Strong exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

- Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving architecture decisions across organizations.

Preferred Background:

- Experience building scale products from scratch.

- Exposure to Big Data, Streaming, ML Platforms, or Forecasting systems is a plus.
