About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst with strong SQL skills to support data-driven decision-making for our product teams.
You will analyze product performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive product improvements and business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Extract, clean, and analyze product-related data using SQL and other analytical tools.
- Generate actionable insights on user behavior, product usage, and feature performance.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve product metrics.
- Create, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards for stakeholders using SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
- Track key product KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to product and business teams.
- Develop ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define data requirements.
- Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability.
- Provide analytical support for product experiments, A/B tests, and feature rollouts.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for product improvements and roadmap prioritization.
- Assist in defining success metrics for new features and initiatives.
- Monitor post-launch metrics and evaluate feature impact.
Required Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
- 25 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Familiarity with analytics frameworks, metrics tracking, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database structures
