Job Description :

We are looking for a Product Analytics professional with strong experience in product and marketing analytics, customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze product, marketing, and campaign performance using SQL and Python.

- Generate insights on customer behavior, acquisition, conversion, retention, engagement, and user journeys.

- Perform funnel, cohort, segmentation, and customer behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Measure and evaluate marketing and campaign performance using Adobe Analytics.

- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments, including hypothesis testing and statistical significance.

- Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms for product and marketing teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

- Partner with Product, Marketing, Business, and other cross-functional teams to translate business questions into actionable analytical insights.

- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to business and product stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Campaign Analytics, or a closely related field.

- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python.

- Mandatory experience with Adobe Analytics.

- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance.

- Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.

- Strong understanding of product and marketing KPIs, customer journeys, conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.

- Ability to work with large datasets and translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
