Job Description :

Process9 is looking for an experienced ML Team Lead to build and deploy advanced Indian Language AI solutions across NLP, LLMs, Speech, Vision, and Fraud Detection.

Tech Stack :

- Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow

- NLP, LLMs, Transformers

- Speech (STT/TTS), OCR, Multimodal AI

- Indic AI : IndicTrans2, IndicWhisper, Bhashini, AI4Bharat

- MLOps : vLLM, Triton, ONNX

- Fraud & Anomaly Detection

- Code-mixed language processing

Responsibilities :

- Fine-tune and optimize NLP, Speech, and Vision models for Indian languages.

- Build OCR and document intelligence pipelines.

- Deploy scalable STT/TTS systems for regional languages.

- Develop fraud detection and risk-scoring models.

- Productionize ML models in GPU environments.

What Were Looking For :

- 4+ years of production ML experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks.

- Experience with Indic AI datasets/frameworks and multilingual systems.
