Role Overview :

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor for our core product development initiatives in Bangalore. You will be responsible for architecting complex, high-traffic systems while providing hands-on technical leadership to cross-functional engineering teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our software solutions are not only functional but also scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to define the technical roadmap and drive the adoption of best-in-class engineering practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable microservices-based systems to support high-concurrency enterprise applications, ensuring long-term system reliability.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex .NET and Angular-based projects, ensuring code quality and adherence to industry-standard design patterns.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

- Optimize database performance and query structures within SQL Server to ensure seamless data retrieval and system responsiveness for end-users.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and reduce time-to-market for new features.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable development sprints.

- Drive the migration and management of cloud-native applications on Azure to enhance system availability and operational efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in .NET and C# development, with a proven ability to build and maintain complex, enterprise-grade applications.

- Possess advanced proficiency in front-end development using AngularJS and Angular 14+, with a focus on building responsive, user-centric interfaces.

- Exhibit strong architectural knowledge in designing and implementing microservices and RESTful APIs within distributed systems.

- Show mastery in applying design patterns to solve complex software engineering challenges and improve code maintainability.

- Utilize Azure cloud services and DevOps methodologies to manage infrastructure, deployments, and automated testing environments effectively.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Adapt seamlessly to an Agile work environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery.

- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 8 - 10 years of professional software development experience.
