Principle Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Location : Remote

Job Type : 6 months contract + ext.

The role requires immediate availability, with work conducted remotely during UK shift timings (01:30 PM 09:30 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with business and engineering best practices.

- Provide patterns, reference implementations, and technical guidance to senior engineers.

- Drive scalability strategy (multi-region deployments, zero-downtime releases, resilience, DR planning).

- Shape the data strategy, covering database design, caching, and event-driven patterns.

- Guide frontend architecture (React, Next.js, React Native), ensuring maintainability and performance.

- Advance DevOps practices secure, automated AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability.

- Mentor senior engineers into technical leaders.

Current & Evolving Tech Stack :

- Frontend : Next.js, React Native

- Cloud & Infra : AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, GitHub Actions

- Databases : PostgreSQL, Redis

- Other : REST APIs, OpenAPI, Feature flags, Sentry monitoring

What Were Looking For :

- Expertise in large-scale system design and cloud-native best practices (AWS).

- Strong backend (Node.js/TypeScript or similar) and frontend (React) experience.

- Proven track record of enabling teams to deliver complex solutions at scale.

- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
