- Minimum 18 years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in architecting, designing, and developing solutions for desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred).

- Proven experience as the lead architect / principal designer for at least two end-to-end software development projects (Windows desktop or mobile applications).

- Extensive experience developing medical devices and working within regulated environments.

- Strong expertise in enterprise architectures, including microservices, advanced API development, scalable system design, and integration strategies for complex, high?performance applications.

- Demonstrated technical leadership, team management, and strong communication/interpersonal skills.

- Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams.

- Expertise in C++ and C#, with proficiency in additional languages such as Java, Python, etc.

- Proficiency in modern UI/UX frameworks and technologies: React, Angular, WPF, Qt.

- Strong command of design patterns and architectural best practices.

- Experience with design and modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect, IBM Rhapsody, etc.

- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience building native and hybrid mobile applications.

Nice To Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and global regulatory requirements for medical devices and healthcare systems.

- Knowledge of emerging technologies: AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR within healthcare.

- Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF), cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Expert), or regulatory compliance (e.g., RAC).
