Principal Product Manager Conversational AI Platform

About the Role :

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the strategy and 01 development of a next-generation Conversational/Voice AI platform. This is a high-ownership role for a technically strong product leader who can bridge AI, platform engineering, product strategy and GTM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the vision, roadmap and 01 development of the AI platform.

- Build scalable AI platform capabilities, APIs, SDKs and reusable components.

- Drive products end-to-end: discovery PRD development launch scale.

- Work hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, prompts, voice workflows and evaluation.

- Define GTM, pricing, positioning and adoption across enterprise and SME customers.

- Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Sales and CX teams.

- Lead and mentor the product team and work closely with senior leadership.

Requirements :

- 8 to 12 years in Product Management, with strong AI/ML, SaaS or platform experience.

- Engineering/technical background with transition into Product.

- Proven 01 ownership of a platform product; individual bot/feature ownership alone is not sufficient.

- Mandatory experience building AI/GenAI/LLM platforms or Conversational AI products.

- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, platform architecture and developer ecosystems.

- Experience with Voice AI, Conversational AI, CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM or SalesTech is highly preferred.

- Strong product judgement, ownership, commercial thinking and team leadership.
