Role & Responsibilities :
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more strategic product areas aligned with business objectives.
- Identify customer problems and market opportunities through customer research, data analysis, competitive analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Define and track product KPIs, adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, and other relevant metrics to measure product success.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Lead products throughout the lifecycle - from discovery and ideation through development, launch, optimization, and scale.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve the product.
- Develop business cases and communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and execution challenges across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide other Product Managers and contribute to strengthening product management practices and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, customer expectations, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities.
- Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for product outcomes rather than simply feature delivery.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in technology, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, consumer internet, B2B, or a related product-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning and scaling products with measurable business and customer impact.
- Strong understanding of the complete product development lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and optimization.
- Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, design, analytics, business, and senior leadership teams.
- Strong product sense with the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into compelling product experiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make product decisions.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and success metrics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Experience mentoring Product Managers or leading cross-functional product initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and modern product-development tools.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent qualification can be an advantage.
- Customer-first, ownership-oriented, and outcome-driven mindset with a strong focus on measurable impact.
