Client - is a global leader in engineering, digital, and ER&D services, operating across 25+ countries and serving over 430 global clients.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Need Candidates with Minimum 4 Years Experience working as AI architect

- Masters or Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related fields.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to analyze complex business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.

- Proficiency in building and deploying generative AI models, including expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Proficiency in the following :

1. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models.

2. Experience in programming languages like Python, R, or other coding platforms relevant to AI model development.

3. Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security aspects for structured and unstructured data.

4. RAG, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, Agentic workflows, tool calling, memory systems, Prompt engineering, tuning strategies, evaluation frameworks, multi-model orchestration and inference optimization.

- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

- Leadership of large, cross-functional global teams and ownership of AI & GenAI transformation programs.

- Strong stakeholder management at CXO and VP levels.

- Excellent communication for executive storytelling and solution visualization.
