We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Engineer Software Quality Assurance to lead and drive Software Quality, Process Excellence, ASPICE implementation, and Automotive Cybersecurity compliance across projects.

In this role, you will work closely with global engineering teams to define, implement, and improve processes aligned with ASPICE 3.1/4.0, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, IEC 62443-4-1, and Cyber Resilience Act requirements. You will play a key role in quality assurance strategy, process audits, gap analysis, project mentoring, metrics management, and compliance readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, document, and roll out processes, templates, checklists, and work instructions

- Drive process improvement and process performance management activities

- Perform ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 gap analysis and QA activities

- Support projects in achieving ASPICE CL3 and cybersecurity compliance

- Conduct internal QA audits and facilitate external assessments

- Define QA strategy, project metrics, and process reviews

- Mentor and train project teams on quality processes and standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple automotive standards

- Present QA reports, non-conformances, and quality insights to management

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9 to 16 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Process Quality

- Strong hands-on experience in ASPICE implementation up to CL3

- Expertise in ISO 26262, ISO 21434, IEC 62443-4-1, and CRA
