Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Mentor team members in technical design and project execution
- Manage product schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Conduct reliability calculations and safety analyses
Skill :
- 8+ years in airborne sensor or avionics systems design, development, and certification
- Proficient in DO-178C, DO-254, and MIL-STD standards
- Strong knowledge in vibration sensing and pressure sensing
Extra Information :
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware is advantageous
- Proficiency in systems engineering and FMEA
- Strong problem-solving skills and systems thinking
- Effective stakeholder communication
